• If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us through our email – Yourflorista@flowerista.ae within 24 hours of delivery. We may ask for a photo of the flowers to help us improve our service. Depending on the situation, we may offer a full or partial refund, replacement, or store credit. Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase and that we have exceeded your expectations.
