When you’re ready, click “Add to Cart”, here in some designs you can also choose the size or other designs you can add a vase if one is not included, then click “Checkout”.
Proceed through the checkout steps: Recipient details, Delivery details, check out extra Goodies, and add a Message. When you are finished with that, you can enter your payment and review your order!
Tell us who your gift is for, where to go, and provide a phone number so we can troubleshoot issues if they come up. If you are sending to a commercial address, be sure to include the company/business name on the order.
Our flower arrangements will be exactly like in the picture. SOme options can be added on checkout like a basket or vase.
For subscriptions our signature blue box will carry your weekly flowers.

Double bouquets are delivered in a larger size of our vase or basket. You will get the same flower design but in a bigger/smaller size vase or basket.
You have a special occasion or a special idea, yes we can help you just reach us on whatsapp. We also offer the ability to personalize your order with add-ons and your own message which is printed in a handwritten style font for a personal touch.
Once you log in to your account, you will be able to view previous orders in your account Dashboard. You can access your Dashboard once you sign in by hovering over your name (on the upper right corner of the page next to the shopping cart) and selecting “My Account”. Here you can find all of your profile details, including your order history. You must have created an account prior to placing your order to ensure that you can use this feature.

We’re happy to assist with changing the delivery date as long as your order has not entered the preparation process. Once an order has entered the prep process, the order is final and no further changes can be made.
We understand sometimes life happens and schedules change. We’re happy to process a cancellation and refund as long as your order has not entered the preparation processes.
You can verify whether your order has been prepped by contacting our Customer Happiness Team.
If the status of your order is Being Prepped, Picked Up By Carrier, or Delivered, we cannot cancel your order. This is due to the volume of orders we process and the costs associated with canceling an order.
Once an order has entered the prep process, the order is final and cannot be canceled. Thank you for understanding!

Since our subscriptions are already discounted, additional discounts or promo codes cannot be applied.
We currently offer three subscription tiers: Classic, Luxe, Gift me Plan, and forget me not plan
Subscriptions can be set to the frequency (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) and duration (3, 6, 9, or 12 deliveries) of your choosing.
Subscriptions are billed once upon placing the order and do not auto-renew.
The bouquets sent will rotate, and be selected from our current seasonal offerings featured online.
Each subscription will include at least one vase and free shipping.

You will receive a Glass Vase with the first delivery of your classic subscription so you will be able to display each fresh bouquet without hassle.
The Luxe Plan:
Modern & elegant designer bouquets that are paired with a curated vase in each delivery. This subscription plan also includes bouquets with premium flowers.
Gift me plan Plan: You can gift someone dear, a luxurious bouquet that will be delivered for her every first of the month. How sweet and convenient is that. Your Bouquet will be delivered in a vase.
Forget-Me-Not plan: Are you a busy person, are you always trying to catch up with your to do list, do u tend to forget your loved ones special days. Not anymore. We will remember you. Sign up to 6 occasions a year and on the day we will make sure to deliver it to you so you can show up with full arms.
While you’re not able to choose a specific bouquet for each order, we will select what’s freshest on the delivery date. Every arrangement is designed to create an on-trend look you won’t find anywhere else! Depending on your plan, you will always receive a bouquet valued more than the cost of your subscription plan.
For weekly subscriptions with more than 3 deliveries, some bouquets may repeat.
